Vnesheconombank is offered 10% in recently established joint venture �Sollers-Fiat�, a source in the Russian government informed. �I am convinced that such project cannot be realized without attraction of development institutes to participation�, "Gazeta.Ru" quotes his words.
�The joint venture needs state guarantees and compensation of interest rates under credits which will be attracted, the official predicts. Besides, Fiat and Sollers �have to finish formation of legally significant agreements�.

Yesterday the concept of development of the Russian car industry till 2020 was generally approved at session of the government. However, according to Victor Khristenko, the minister of industry and trade, changes were made in the program in some parameters and it was sent to the ministry for perfection till March, 30th.

More than half (51.4%) of car park in Russia are older than 10 years

According to results of the recent research of structure of the park of passenger cars in Russia, carried out by the analytical agency "AUTOSTAT" as of the beginning of 2010 more than half (51.4%) of car park are older than 10 years.
Thus there is the oldest park of such brands as "Moskvich", �LuAZ� and �ZAZ� their share of cars produced before 1999 (inclusive) constitutes more than 99%. Audi (74.9%), Alfa Romeo (73.8%), Saab (73.5%), and also GAZ (71.6%) and UAZ (69.1%) have the high share of park which is older than 10 years.

Ministry of industry and trade of Russia defined the list of dealers participating in the Program of Recycling. It includes 1569 trading organizations which sale new vehicles on the basis of contracts with car manufacturers or are legal bodies authorized by car manufacturers. The list covers 74 regions of the Russian Federation.
Ministry of industry and trade reminds that dealers, wishing to take part in the program of recycling of cars, should address the manufacturer of vehicles directly for being included in the list.

�We expanded manufacture to become the leader in the Russian market�, Carlos Ghosn, the president of Renault, announced opening the second turn of the Moscow plant "Avtoframos". AVTOVAZ expects to finish approval of the plan of restructuring of bank credits in the nearest time. Igor Komarov, the president of the enterprise informed about it and added that now AVTOVAZ discusses the plan of restructuring with banks.
