Later the ministry site “hung” at all, probably did not sustain a stream of all people wishing to receive the information about the program or to prepare an application. It was also practically impossible to phone from regions by contact phones of the ministry.
At the same time, under the information placed on the site of Ministry of industry and trade, now 1214 certificates for car recycling within the limits of the state program are already given out.
1569 dealers and 153 utilizers take part in the recycling program. Some manufacturers announced about additional bonuses to attract buyers of their models if they wish to purchase new cars within the limits of the recycling program. So, for example, AVTOVAZ announced about additional discounts for models LADA 2105 and LADA Kalina, made last and at the beginning of this year. Their cost within the limits of the program taking into account the certificate for recycling is 99 and 199 thousand rubles correspondingly.
According to the agency "AUTOSTAT", as of the beginning of 2010 56.5% of LADA park is older than 10 years, however not all owners wish to exchange their car on a new one within the limits of the recycling state program. Many motorists are sure that can sell ten years" LADA cars for a bigger price than it is offered within the limits of the program.
