AVTOVAZ can receive additional 10 billion rubles for manufacture modernization - these funds are already reserved in the budget, the prime minister of Russia Vladimir Putin informed at government session. But the chairman of the government underlined that “the company will receive these resources only under condition of working out of the competent and realistic program of modernization which will be supported by the state and shareholders of the enterprise”.
On March, 10th the AVTOVAZ board of directors will consider the business plan of the company till 2020. Igor Komarov, the president of AVTOVAZ, informed that critical parameters of the business plan are manufacture of cars by 2020 should exceed 1 million units, the share of the brand Lada among models made by AVTOVAZ should make 70% and by 2020 AVTOVAZ should increase investments into technological level of manufacture in 2 times.
