Taking into consideration great interest to AVTOVAZ from different parties and uncertainty of the situation of the future, the analytical agency "AUTOSTAT" made decision to prepare the marketing report about this enterprise out of the plan. Besides the situation analysis of key functions of the company (manufacture, sales, export), the analysis of finance indexes of the AVTOVAZ group and also mutual relations with dealers and suppliers are included in the report. Besides, understanding influence of the enterprise on social sphere, the picture of dependence of the city and the region on the AVTOVAZ activity is shown in figures. Taking into consideration that for the further development of the enterprise it needs the effective proprietor, three variants of succession of events are considered in the report, depending on the one what it will become. Traditionally, as in all other researches of our agency, in the report about AVTOVAZ there is sufficient volume of statistical data formed in tables, schedules and diagrams. For convenience all large tables are taken out in separate appendices and also are offered in the Exel format.
